Shipping Policy

Stompgrip ships anywhere in the United States and many countries from our Southern California warehouse.

In most cases, if your order is placed Monday through Friday:

  • Before 12:00 pm (Noon) PT it will ship the same day.
  • After 12:00 pm (Noon) PT it will ship the following day, excluding shipping holidays.
  • Friday after 12:00 pm (Noon) PT it will ship on Monday.
  • Orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday unless Next Day Saturday delivery is selected during checkout.
    Important Note: Saturday delivery is only available from select carriers and areas.
  • All orders will ship in the order that they are received.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

 

Shipping Carrier Transit Times

Shipping times are estimated by the selected carrier, i.e., UPS, DHL, and USPS and may vary depending on order processing time, the performance of the shipping carrier and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Southern California. The shipping times do not include holidays and weekends. Stompgrip is not liable for carrier delayed, lost, stolen or damaged shipments or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Stompgrip due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Stompgrip is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, and no refunds will be issued if any parts of the address are incorrect. 

 

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, Stompgrip is not to be held responsible. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed delivered to the address provided in the order.

 

International Shipping: Taxes & Import Fees

Some countries may temporarily hold your package and impose additional taxes or duties. Customs determines these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is unclaimed, it will be returned to the US, and Stompgrip will not refund any related shipping fees. Stompgrip does not have the means of contacting these offices, for further details of charges, please contact your local customs office directly.

Stompgrip ships worldwide to most countries. Orders to the UK must be ordered through Stompgrip's UK distributor, Reactive Parts, or from local retailers. We do not currently ship to the Philippines.
