Return Policy

 

RETURNS: No products may be returned for credit or replacement unless Seller provides its prior written authorization. Unless the products are defective, any such authorized returns shall be shipped by Buyer, FOB, to the destination selected by Seller. Defective products shall be shipped at Seller’s cost and expense and replacement products for defective products shall be likewise shipped at Seller’s expense. A return of non-defective merchandise may only be authorized when Seller has made a shipping error. Any return must be accompanied by Seller’s return authorization form, and shall be subject to any restocking fee imposed by Seller.

 
 
WARRANTY RETURNS: Warranty returns or defective merchandise must have an authorization number, which can be issued by Seller. Any return without an authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused. Buyer pays shipping cost incurred for the return of merchandise to Seller; Seller will match the freight service back to Buyer for defective merchandise only. Credit for shipping will not be applied to Buyer’s account. Any credits will be issued at the lowest listed price in the past 12 months.
